The attack took place last Thursday, November 8, when a police officer, while off duty, was walking with his dog through the streets of Brooklyn. Now the NYPD is looking for Russian speaking criminal.
According to the victim the officer the incident occurred at about 9 a.m. local time. 29-year-old COP was taking his dog for a walk and a few minutes later he was approached by an unknown man.
