In new York a car crashed into a store: there are victims

Tonight, January 3, in Queens the car crashed into the facade of a furniture store Salco.

As told in the Fire Department of new York (FDNY), the accident occurred at about 2.30 on the corner of Liberty Avenue and 122nd Street in South Richmond Hill.

According to preliminary information, was driving a silver Honda Accord on 25-year-old girl has not coped with management.

In critical condition the driver was taken to Jamaica Medical Center. Her name is not reported.

In the car were passengers: 41-year-old man and 22-year-old girl. They were also hospitalized, but, according to doctors, their injuries do not pose a threat to life.

«I heard the sound of a blow, — says a local resident Abdo Almerici. — Our family went outside and saw the car crashed into the shop door and lit up. Fortunately, the fire was small, it was extinguished before the arrival of rescuers. I grabbed the passenger and helped her out of her car.»

The cause of the accident is established.
