33-year-old Robert John Cronin from the state of new York is accused of sexually abusing 11-year-old girlwho gave birth to his child in November 2018.
As reported to police, Cronin was arrested on January 14 in the city Niskayuna about Albany (new York). Examination of DNA confirmed that the child’s father is Cronin.
The Robert Cronin admits that it’s his child, but denied that there had been sexual violence or even some kind of sexual connection between him and the girl (it is known that he was familiar with the child, but through whom the sign is not reported).
So, according to the suspect, the girl got pregnant… through contact with his clothes that he used to masturbate and which made ejaculation.
Cronin, when he was arrested, spoke with reporters and said he knows that his story sounds impossible, but «the police just don’t have enough scientific knowledge to understand it either.»
«I don’t want to be responsible for a crime you didn’t commit,» said Cronin.

By the way, the man is… the father of five children! He is not officially married, but he has a fiancee. Her reaction to the incident is still unknown.
Before the arrest of Robert cronyn, according to his Linkedin profile, he worked as General Director of the company technical support Tri-Edge Computer Specialist. The business he opened in 2011. According to preliminary information, earlier the man was not prosecuted.
The police said that the girl and child are doing well, they are doing social services.
