The police are looking for vandals who set fire to the yeshiva in new York

State police reported that unknown individuals set fire to the yeshiva, located in Monsey in Rockland (new York), before that painted the walls with swastikas.

January 28 at 17:38, 911 received a report of a fire at 30 Mineral Springs Road.

Yeshiva Yoreh Deah, part of the congregation Bais Medrash Orh Chaim on Forshay road, Monsey, was not quite an ordinary Jewish religious school. Here tried to integrate education with life on the farm. The Rabbi even released on You Tube video about the project Yoreh Deah Yeshiva, telling about the place where children can not only study Torah, but also to engage in agriculture.

The injured yeshiva is located on a former farm in the town of White Sulpher Springs in upstate new York.

«Checking two barns in the area, we found numerous swastikas drawn on the walls, — said the press-Secretary of the state police Steven Nevel. We’re investigating it as a crime of hate».

Nevel added that the fire service White Sulpher Springs put out the fire. At the moment the investigative authorities are conducting an investigation.

When the lohud reporters tried to contact Rabbi Aaron lancry, he replied that he too was wrong and he will not be able to comment on the fire.

In the lower Hudson valley in recent times, an increasing number of crimes motivated by hatred.
