In new Jersey discusses the 20-year-old rapist and killer. On Tuesday, February 26, Andres Erazo pled guilty to all counts.

The tragedy occurred in July 2017 in Kinsbury (Monmouth County). The police asked alarmed the mother of 11-year-old Abigail Smith: the girl was playing near his home — and suddenly disappeared. Law enforcement officers searched the area, but the terrible find waited for them on the roof of the house where there lived a girl. She was found wrapped in a blanket, with my hands tied. Abigail was dead.

The examination of the body revealed traces of sexual violence. The offender tied his victim, raped and stabbed.

The police began to check the girl friends and tenants. Soon the investigation led detectives to a neighbor, Abigail, who lived on the floor above. In his apartment found traces of blood that belonged to the murdered baby.

20-year-old Andres Erazo was arrested a few days after the murder of Abigail. On interrogation he confessed that he killed the girl. However, in that moment, he was not a lawyer, so the confession was considered invalid. Later, the suspect from his words refused. Militiamen gathered irrefutable evidence of guilt and Erazo, and under their pressure he admitted his guilt in court.

Prosecutors demand for the killer to prison for life. If the court will agree, on parole Andres Erazo will be able to apply only through ‘ 64.
