On Monday, in the County of Allegheny (PA) was arrested a passenger who tried to strangle the driver because he was singing Christmas songs in March.

The injured driver told police that his 25-year-old passenger Clayton Lucas attacked him when they were driving the minivan South on Route 28 near Exit 13. It turned out that Clayton several times asked the driver to stop singing, but he did not respond, not giving the values of the request of the passenger. Then Lucas jumped on him and began to choke.

The driver said that Lucas is so much squeezed his neck that he almost lost consciousness. A police officer confirmed that the victim’s neck do have bruises from being crushed, eyes are also very red as they burst capillaries.

It is unknown why Christmas songs caused such a aggression on the passenger side. Maybe he had a bad day, or it is, in principle, does not like Christmas and everything associated with it, but now Lucas will have to answer for his outburst.

Do not play into the hands of Clayton and that he would not voluntarily surrender to the police.

Arrived on the scene, the officer asked the men to exit the car and drive to the Department to clarify the situation which happened. But when I try to put on Clayton handcuffs, he decided to resist. Police had to knock down a man on the ground, in order to reclaim control of the situation.

Now Lucas is in prison Allegheny County, and he filed several charges.
