In California during the descent on the water slides suffered by the family: father and son injured, the mother is in critical condition

The incident occurred because of the failure of the attraction «Water slides» (Log Ride) to the popular amusement Park «Castle Park» riverside (CA).

A man and a child is slightly injured and a woman was seriously injured because of faulty attraction, which threw the family out of the seats.

«One of the injuries was classified as critical. The other two were insignificant. All were taken to the hospital,» said a firefighter at the scene, KABC.

According to riverside police, the mother had facial injuries that do not threaten her life. Witnesses said that 10-year-old boy had a cut on the ear and head injuries, and my father scratched his arm and back.

Captain Brian Guzzetta from the fire Department stated that the obvious problem was the reason that one of the cars went down the ramp with «incredible speed.» In his opinion, «pump failure» could play a role in the accident because hill was not enough water.

The witness Robert Mahler told a reporter for CBS2/KCAL9 Laurie Perez that he saw.

«Everybody was just screaming and panicking. I looked after their children, and suddenly I heard this loud knock, recalls Mahler, I stood up and looked, and suddenly saw the boat lurched. She moved so fast and bent probably 45 degrees, and all I’ve seen is, in fact, his legs falling out of the boat. The wheels separately from the boat.»

The man said that he saw a woman, covered with blood, and the man who stayed behind.
