15-year-old boy from Odessa (Texas) was arrested after he spat into a bottle of iced tea «Arizona» in Albertsons and get her back on the shelf.
A store employee witnessed the incident and called the police. He claims that the footage from a security camera shows how a teenager gets a drink, takes a SIP, spits into the bottle and returns back on the shelf.
The guy was charged with damaging a consumer product, which is a felony of the second degree. Currently he is being held in youth detention center ector County.
The teenager admitted the Manager and the police he took a SIP of the drink and spat out, and then returned to the place, because he was «nasty».
