An elderly resident of Brooklyn scored to death a burglar who broke into his house. The man used a clothes rack and a shopping cartto repel the assailant, and then he pressed the button to call doctors, to call for help.
Cecil brown, 69 years, is currently in the hospital Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. The man said that he had done everything possible to stop the robber and not let him hurt him. He even did not know that the assailant had died, until he told journalists, who took an interview with him.
Brown definitely shocked by the news of the consequences of its self-defense, insisted that the killed man, identified by police as 48-year-old Rodolfo Rosa, of Arlington, Virginia, broke into the house of the pensioner at the address 1776 Union St. around 10 o’clock in the morning and attacked him.
To protect themselves a man is really all that folded his hand and threw it at her attacker as hard as he could.
Brown also said that he desperately pressed the button to call for help when the assailant turned the drawers, and the boxes fell on the old man. He screamed and called for help. According to the victim, his screams must be heard all the inhabitants of Brooklyn.
The striker, however, said nothing during the incident. Instead, he was making some «animal sounds». The robber died in hospital from his injuries.
Police sources said Monday that an elderly man has at least a half-dozen prior arrests, some of which are associated with the drug.
It is possible that the person who helped the attacker to get to the apartment brown was a woman dependent on crack. She went in and out of the building during the incident. Police hoped to question her as a witness.
When the old man asked if he knows the assailant, brown said that he could not describe the robber.
Police say they do not know if you knew that men each other. It is unlikelythat brown will be put forward allegations of murder.
Prosecutors in Brooklyn are investigating the case.
