A citizen of Saudi Arabia who killed three people at a military air station in Pensacola (FL) has arranged a dinner party to watch videos about mass shootings the night before his attack.

Several other students from Saudi Arabia went missing on Saturday, December 7, the day after the gunman, identified as Lieutenant Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, opened fire in a classroom at the base. The suspect was in the United States, which hosted the aviation training. In the result three people died and eight were injured.

The FBI is examining the messages in social networks to see whether he had acted alone or was connected with any terrorist group.

The attack, which caused a massive law enforcement response and lock base, ended when the Deputy Sheriff killed the attacker.

The identity of one of the dead was established. It was the 23-year-old graduate of the naval Academy of the United States, which alerted first responders about where was the shooter even after he shot several times.

«Joshua Caleb Watson today saved countless lives through your own life,» wrote Adam Watson in Facebook. «He died a hero and we proud of it, but in our hearts there is a hole that can never be filled.»

Sad beyond words to learn of Josh Watson’s death in Pensacola this morning. He was an incredible young man that would made this country a better place. Praying for his family and all those affected. God bless.#onceawildcatalwaysawildcat pic.twitter.com/78zx038cvK

The Senator from Florida Rick Scott issued a sharp statement calling the shooting is the second naval base in the USA this week — an act of terrorism «regardless of whether this man is motivated by radical Islam or just mentally unstable».
