16-year-old Carole Sanchez admitted that she was the organizer of his own kidnapping by a group of men. It turned out that she did not want to return to Honduras with your family.
The time of the abduction was captured on frames of video street surveillance cameras, located at Eagle Avenue (Bronx). In this video you can see two men grabbed the girl at 23:20, together with the 36-year-old mother was returning home in Melrose. The mother tried to resist the kidnappers pushed her away so that she fell to the ground. The girl was forced into a beige four-door sedan in which sat two men and taken away in an easterly direction.
Tuesday Carol came back. She came to her relatives in the Bronx after a 15-hour absence.

Later Carol told investigators that she orchestrated the kidnapping, inducing four accomplices. The girl says she was desperate: her family decided to return to his native Honduras. Carol did not want to leave and to stay in the United States, went to the trick.
When it became aware of the incident, the NYPD declared the girl wanted. The announcement stated that the abducted lived in Dutchess County, state of new York, and was in the Bronx with his mother to visit a doctor. For information on her whereabouts was offered a reward in the amount of $ 2,500.

Sanchez returned on Tuesday afternoon and admitted to investigators that she was with four accomplices had planned his own abduction, which was staged Monday night — said to CBS2.

The investigators plan to interrogate all participants of this incident before making any of them the charges. Police said that four men in the car was only familiar Carol, her mother about them knows nothing.
Sanchez and her family refused to answer reporters ‘ questions after the release of the girls from the 40th precinct on Tuesday evening.
Despite the recognition of Karol, this incident excited parents and children living in the neighborhood.
