The tragedy ended with an unsuccessful Scam , selling iPhone with it.
According to police, the incident happened on June 29 at about 17:50 in the Bronx near the intersection of East 167th Street and Grand Concourse. The injured man, 38, paid the seller on the street for the iPhone, but when he handed over the box, he looked inside and found the phone there.
