Year-old child injured during a shooting in Brooklyn

Two people wounded yesterday, Saturday 19 August when unidentified men opened fire in Brooklyn.

Shots rang out around 17.15 hours, close to Sutter and Van Sinderen avenues in East New York. Witnesses say that the shooting began in one of the shops located there, and then the unknown began to shoot on the street.

As told to NBC New York police have wounded a year old boy in a wheelchairwho was with her mum and grandfather. The bullet grazed his knee. In addition, the injured 20-year-old boy – also was wounded in the leg. Both victims were taken to hospital, the doctors say that their lives are out of danger.

«When I left the store, we saw a passerby, who was bleeding,» says a witness of the incident, Noel.

Hearing the shots, the passengers of the subway station Sutter Avenue began to disperse. At the station later, the police hung flyers with a request to respond those who have any information about the incident.

No arrests yet. After viewing video surveillance , police said they were looking slim guy, about 20, with long, braided hair.
