The car crashed into a crowd of people during a street race in the County of Los Angeles

Street racing is a dangerous pastime, not only for participants but also for spectators. This experience convinced hundreds of people gathered to see the competition street racing in the Parking lot of K-Mart in Bellflower, Los Angeles.

The driver behind the wheel of a white Ford Mustang lost control on a curve and at high speed drove into a crowd. On the way drafthouse car were dozens of fans of extreme sports, who literally flew from side to side.

The accident occurred Saturday evening in the 10400 block of Rosecrans Avenue.

Official data on victims no, but looking at the video, filmed by one of the witnesses, it is safe to assume that they were many.

In law enforcement believe that the victims simply did not advertise in hospitals, where injured. Given the specificity of the event, it could lead to them problems with the law.

The County Sheriff’s Department Los Angeles got the message about the illegal races at 9:45. Arriving at the venue, Agency staff found no signs of the accident — the only group of people that were quick to dissipate at the sight of people in uniform. About the accident, the Agency learned only the next day after receipt of the record from the witness.

As it turned out during the investigation, as the organizer of the races was made by the automobile club Big Bang. That evening the racers was found in Cerritos, then moved to long beach and then in Bellflower.

Currently, law enforcers are searching for the perpetrator of the incident and participants of an illegal Assembly.
