The notorious gang MS-13 and other transnational criminal groups for many years are operating in the United States, the inside is undermining security in the country and adding the work of local law enforcement.

The legislators decided to put an end to it by expelling gangsters from America. According to the new law the Republican party, membership in MS-13 and any involvement in other types of organized crime, will be the basis for the deportation of natives of other countries.

American citizenship will not save foreign criminals from exile — all who are involved in gang activities in the U.S. or has previous convictions for criminal offences on the territory of other countries, will be deported. Besides, such individuals banned entry to America.

Under the definition of a gang means organized group of 5 or more members.

The law On deportation of foreign gang members applies not only to criminals but to persons who hid them from the authorities or in any way obstructed justice (for example, have been convicted of bribery or perjury).

On Thursday the document was approved in the House of representatives voted 233 of the legislator: 222 Republicans and 11 Democrats. In the next step the act will be considered in the Senate.

To date, the United States wielded 33 150 criminal gangs. In addition to the indigenous inhabitants they include Hispanics, Asians, Slavs, Europeans, immigrants from the Middle East and the Caucasus.
