Congress approved the bill on tax assistance to victims of hurricanes

The U.S. Congress approved a bill establishing a 5 tax breaks for victims of hurricanes Irma, Harvey and Mary.

According to one of the creators of the bill, the Chairman of the Committee on human rights Kevin Brady, the document will allow the hurricane victims to get more compensation for elimination of consequences of disasters, and open the immediate access to money which they have saved for retirement (without fines and other sanctions for violation of the terms of use of the Deposit). Immediate access is provided not only retirement savings but also to other deposits 401 (k).

Provisions about extension programs flood insurance was excluded from the bill by the Senate and sent back to the House of representatives. However, in the second ballot position was again approved.

Perhaps, the consideration of this bill can be called one of the fastest (literally 2 days). This is due to the need of the victims of the hurricanes, and also the fact that ahead of the weekend and many members of Congress already «Packed up» for going on vacation in the weekend.

The bill will now be sent for signature to President Trump.
