The U.S. justice Department will provide for the 48 States information about all medicines, prescription

Information on prescription medications can use to investigate cases related to drugs, in almost all States! Today, April 17, Jeff sessions announced the signing of an agreement between the Office of the drug enforcement administration (DEA) and the attorneys General of 48 States.

«Today’s agreement with 48 the attorneys General will provide DEA and the us more information that they can use to prosecute criminals,» said sessions.

The attorney General emphasizes that such cooperation will lead to an increase in the number of trials and, ultimately, to improve the situation of drug trafficking on the streets of the United States. «Future criminals should be warned: we are now better prepared than ever, to find fraud, which incite the crisis of our nation,» said sessions.

DEA receives annually approximately 80 million records from manufacturers and distributors of drugs, prescription. In accordance with the agreement, state and Federal law enforcement agencies will receive more information which will help to detect the distinctive traces of the crime.

Fentanyl, a powerful painkiller that is 50 times stronger than heroin. Its sales and heavy use started with the East coast. Now a lethal overdose of opioids has led to the present crisis in the United States for the summer of 2017, the mortality rate increased by S0% in comparison c 2016.

The administration of Donald trump engaged in active development of a plan to combat the opioid epidemic. The document envisages strengthening of criminal responsibility for distribution of drugs, up to the death penalty.
