Two members of MS-13 shot and killed a man who could tell a story about committing another murder

Yesterday, August 8, in Nashville (tn) Federal Grand jury has charged two members of the gang MS-13 murder charges.

According to the Ministry of justice, 24-year-old Oscar Degaldo Flores (nicknamed Flaco) of El Salvador and the 21-year-old Luis Colindres (nicknamed Joe) from Honduras is also accused of conspiracy, put pressure on witnesses, the carrying and use of firearms.

According to the documents, 24 September 2017, Flaco and Joe first killed one man (named in the indictment H. Z.), and then shot a witness (referred to Y. H.) of the crime committed, so he couldn’t take them to the police.

The investigation of the case of Flores Colindres deal with the Immigration and customs enforcement (ICE), Bureau of investigation National Security Agency (HSI), the Office for control over trafficking of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATF) and police Department of Nashville.
