Joaquin Guzman Lauer, known worldwide as El Chapo, was found guilty of organizing a criminal business, which consisted in smuggling cocaine into the United States. Brooklyn Prosecutor Richard Donohue is confident that this will be the beginning of a number of arrests and convictions of traffickers.

The hearing lasted 11 weeks. During this time the press got a huge amount of information about gang life of legendary drug Lord. It would be funny and interesting only in the movies. Emma married a Guzman at a young age and at age 20 she gave birth to his first child, she is now 29 years old.
«I know my husband is a whole other side — said Coronel in an interview for The New York Times. «I admire him as a person I met, loved and married him».
Many wonder why she was not charged, because of the testimony of witnesses indicated that it was not just a wife but a business partner of her husband, Emma took part in its Affairs and decisions.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 25, most likely El Chapo will go to jail for life.
