Police identified the suspect as Anna Lee Halderman of Norwalk, Connecticut. Halderman told the officers that she did not recall what she could do on the beach, but apologizes for his behavior.
On Saturday Anna Lee Halderman went to the police to surrender to the authorities, because was a valid warrant for her arrest. The woman was charged with injury to a minor and violation of public order of the second degree.
