«They need to burn»: the Owners of the pizzeria has apologized after a former Manager sent anti-Semitic messages to the teenager

Family-run pizzeria in new Jersey apologizes for the former Manager, who told the courier-Jew: «Fucking Jew… They need to burn».

According to NJ.com due to hate-filled messages to the parents of 17-year-old boy filed a lawsuit.

«The actions of one employee’s inexcusable and quite unpleasant, the statement reads Santicola family that owns a pizzeria Maurizio Pizzeria & Italian Ristorante in Eatontown. We would like to clarify that individual actions of this officer in no way reflect the beliefs and values of the owners Maurizio».

The pizzeria gets angry calls since last week first reported about the lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed in late November, the parents of Nicholas bogan, 17-year-old high school student, who recently started working as a courier in the Italian diner. According to the lawsuit, the teen wrote a message to the Manager Francesco Scott Di Rinaldi said he wanted to get off work on the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah the night of 28 September 2019.

The employee replied, «a succession of obscene, hateful and weird anti-Semitic and racist comments,» according to the lawsuit.

«Fucking Jew… They need to burn. Like Hitler tried to do. He said basically,» wrote Di Rinado, according to the screenshot of messages in the messenger.

Bogan was poisoned in response to the three crying laughing smiley in an attempt to defuse the situation, but Di Rinaldi continued his tirade, alleges in the lawsuit. He wrote that he «cannot tolerate» Jews or Indians.

«After receiving these hateful messages, — stated in the lawsuit — Bogan was deeply shocked and did not feel safe going back to work.»

In accordance with a court document, in addition to the payment of compensation and fines the family of Bohan asked the court to instruct the employees and managers of pizzerias to undergo training on discrimination and harassment.
