The man from Tennessee smoked marijuana in the court room during the hearing of her illegal possession

The Wilson County Sheriff Robert Bryan that 20-year-old Spencer Boston from tn appeared in court on charges of possession of marijuana. He went to the dock to discuss the verdict with the judge, took out a marijuana cigarette and lit it.

«It was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen,» said Sheriff Bryan.

Video surveillance of a County courtroom Wilson, shows how Boston has put up some sort of cigarette, then took out a match and lit it. Boston continued to smoke, when the officer quickly led him from the courtroom.

According to The Police Reporter, Boston stood before judge Haywood Barry said about the need for the legalization of marijuana, waving a cigarette and Smoking it.

Lieutenant Wilson County Scott Moore said that this strange incident caused laughter in the crowded courtroom. But Sheriff Brian noticed that marijuana, which he smoked, left a strong smell in the room.

Scott Moore, a spokesman of the County Sheriff’s office Wilson, told ABC News in a phone interview that the Boston said something that «people deserve more», before he was taken away.

«I’ve been here for 20 years, added Moore, and this is the first time I saw such a thing.»

Boston filed two new charges: disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was kept under bail of 3 thousand dollars. According to Moore, he will also have to serve 10 days in County jail Wilson for contempt of court.
