Carrie Fisher received a Grammy posthumously

New York is in full swing 60th annual awards ceremony «Grammy» and we already have the first winners. One of them was legendary Carrie Fisher that died at the end of 2016. The late actress received the award of the national Academy of art and technology of recording in the category «the best word album». Award given for poetry collection or audiobook, got it for «The Princess diaries».

«The Princess diaries» — the last of the 7 books Fisher. It’s a memoir, which she wrote after filming the iconic movie «Star wars.» In them, she talked about their memories of working on the painting and on a short novel with Harrison Ford.
