Monday, November 26, in court in Manhattan held a hearing Alec Baldwin. Star lawyer Alan Abramson said: «We gave the district court an indisputable video evidence that demonstrates that Mr. Baldwin did not beat anyone».

Recall, November 2, Alec Bobina accused in the attack on 49-year-old Wojciech Cestkowski. The incident occurred in the Parking lot in Greenwich village, not far from the house where the actor lives with his family: wife and 5 children. The conflict arose due to the fact that Wojciech Cestkowski took the place of SNL stars in the Parking lot. Baldwin allegedly pushed and punched him, after which the actor was taken to the police, and the victim is in the hospital.
According to recently published court documents, Baldwin in conversation with the new York police called Cestkowski curse words and said, «He took my place, I pushed him». But the plaintiff claims that he inflicted far more damage. «First, the defendant pushed me and then hit the right fist on the left cheek,» — said in court documents.

This is not the first story in which Baldwin gets to the police. In the 1990-ies it was justified in the case of causing bodily harm to the photographer. In 2013, the actor was involved in a fight, but was acquitted. And in 2014 the Hollywood star was accused of violating public order.
The verdict on the incident in the Parking lot the court will make at the next meeting, after examining the video provided by the party accused.
Alec Baldwin known for his parodies of current US President in the TV show Saturday Night Live. And in October, the actor called for the «overthrow» of the government trump.
