Russia declared persona non grata diplomats 23 countries

They were handed notes of protest and stated that in response to the «unreasonable demands of these States on the expulsion of Russian diplomatic staff on the basis of unproven charges in the UK against Russia «case Skrobala» the Russian side announces «persona non grata» corresponding to the number of employees dipuchrezhdeny these countries in the Russian Federation».

«Given the fact that at the last moment by the above mentioned countries decided to join Belgium, Hungary, Georgia, Montenegro, Russia reserves the right to take retaliatory steps against these countries», — stated in the message.

We will remind, earlier the Russian foreign Ministry decided to expel 60 American diplomats and close the U.S. Consulate in St. Petersburg.
