«Better than super»: Lavrov called the talks gorgeous, and Putin — useful

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that the talks between the presidents of Russia and the United States were «excellent».

The foreign Minister was terse: an avalanche of questions about the meeting, Lavrov replied that it went «better than super».

In turn, Vladimir Putin said that the interview with Donald trump was «really very informative and useful.»

Despite the positive assessment of the Russian side, not all high-ranking representatives of the allies agree with him. According to CNN, one of the diplomats called the speech trump at the conference «abomination».

And independent Senator Bernie Sanders wrote on Twitter that the press conference, trump and Putin was a «shameful spectacle.»
