President Donald trump arrived today in Texas and visited the border with Mexico. Before flying to Texas trump already said he was willing to resort to emergency power, but still hopes for a deal with Democrats. At the border, where he was shown the seized drugs, the President returned to the subject of an Emergency Declaration: «We, of course, can declare a state of emergency in the country. We don’t have to do this, because it’s just common sense… But I can do very easily.» Asked by reporters about the proposal of the military, trump replied, «that is definitely an option, but need to be improved».
