Thousands of Americans have signed a petition for the sale of Montana Canada

The US national debt reached $22 trillion. To reduce it to at least $1 tlrn, a Ian Hammond offered to sell Montana to Canada. As of Thursday morning, 21 February, his petition on the website Change.org gathered over 12 thousand signatures from 15 thousand to be allocated to its author.

«We have too much debt, and MT is useless — I wrote to Ian Hammond. — Just tell them (the Canadians. — USA.one) that there are beavers in Montana or something like that».

Petition for Change.org attracted the attention of the members of the house of representatives of Montana. So, Forrest Mandeville has initiated the filing of the resolution against the sale of the state. However, the legislator admitted: resolution — rather, it is «fun» in the background is really important bills, for which they should vote.

Another member of the house of representatives — Jessica Karjala jokingly asked a colleague: «what about those of us who don’t mind? Who would like more maple syrup, the best tea and free health care?»
