The Bible, supposedly signed by the President of Donald trump, was recently sold for $325 in the online eBay store.
The head of the White house, first lady Melania trump and the Governor of Alabama Kay Ivey visited last week the affected tornado areas, killing 23 people. During a meeting with local residents in the Church President trump left their autographs on the Bible and a few caps MAGA («Make America Great Again» — «let’s Make America great again»). It caused both ridicule and support from Christians and critics.
However, on Monday, March 11, one of the copies of the Bible with the signature trump were sold on eBay. The seller, Graphwizard Collectibles, originally set the price at $525, but then lowered it to $325.
According to the description, this particular Bible was signed by the President during his presidential campaign in 2016. Also, the seller claimed that the book will come with a certificate of authenticity. The President’s signature is on the cover, but the book itself never opened.
In fact, the Bible is just one of hundreds of so-called collectibles trump, which can be found at online marketplaces. The book that trump had signed for their parents, was sold for $25 thousand, and the program’s inauguration, signed by trump and Vice-President Mike Pence — for only $1o thousand were more affordable items. For example, a baseball ball Washington Nationals, allegedly signed by the President, is available for $295.
Also on eBay was sold for less well-known scientific book trump «Shattered America: How to make America great again» autographed by the author at a price of $550.
