Jon Voight: «trump — the greatest President since Abraham Lincoln»

On Friday, may 24, Oscar winner and four-time winner of the «Golden globe» Jon Voight has published in his Twitter a series of videos in support of President trump. 80-year-old actor urged the Republican party to stand on the side of the incumbent, calling him a «great» leader of the United States since Lincoln, and demanded to declare impeachment to the Democrats in the House of representatives.

Voight, who has for many years been a supporter of the Republican party, has repeatedly criticized the Democrats and spoke in support of the incumbent. In 2009, he called ex-President Obama «false prophet», which the Republicans needs to «get rid», and during the elections of 2016 has published in defense of Donald trump’s controversial video titled «Jon Voight is asking you to save America.» In it the actor was falsely accused George Soros of aiding the Nazis during the Second world war, argued that «the United States has fallen into tyranny» and insisted that only a trump will prevent the influx of refugees and terrorists, «ignore Obama and Clinton» in the country. After in a network there was the infamous recording in which the future leader of the States in the vulgar expressions, talks about his harassment to the opposite sex, Voight also came to his side, writing on Twitter that this behavior is completely normal for men.

After winning the trump in the race Voight attended a concert in honor of his inauguration in Washington, during which he said that President Lincoln «probably smiling, knowing that the US will save a good and decent man, working for the good of the people.»
