The US government made the list of trading partners to Wakanda — a fictional country in the Marvel universe

The Ministry of agriculture of the United States called the Wakanda partner of America in the free trade, despite the fact that this fictional country.

The representative of the Ministry declared that the Kingdom of Wakanda was added to the list by accident during the inspection staff.

On the Department’s website posted a detailed list of goods traded by the two countries, including ducks, donkeys and cows.

In the Marvel universe, wakanda is the fictional East African state ruled by a superhero, nicknamed Black Panther.

The name was removed from the list shortly after the American media first noticed the error. Then rained a flurry of jokes about the beginning of a trade war between the two countries.

Mention of Wakanda first appeared in the comic «Fantastic four» in 1966, and last year saw it on the big screen thanks to the film «the Black Panther».

Unusual list was discovered by Francis Tseng, a new York based software engineer, who was looking for rates on agriculture for scholarship, to which he aspired.

He told Reuters that when he first saw the Wakanda in the list, he was «very confused»: «[I] thought I remembered wrong country from the movie and mixed it with something else».

After the list has been removed, the representative of the Ministry of agriculture told the Washington Post that the list of finding wakanda was added as a test file for employees and was never meant to be public.
