The former candidate for presidents from Democratic party Hillary Clinton announced the title of her memoirs about the 2016 elections. The book is called «What Happened». The memoirs will be released on 12 September, the website of Simon & Schuster’s.
«In the past, for reasons which I will try to explain, I often felt like I had to be careful in public, as if I teetered on the bare wire,» writes Clinton in the introduction. «Now, I omit this protective unit».
According to the publisher, these pages Clinton «tells the story of what it’s like to be the first woman nominated for President in an election that was memorable, rage, sexism, thrilling ascents and outrageous baseness, pretense, intervention of Russia, incomprehensible inattention to serious issues, sadly (Yes, unfortunate) prejudice and the enemy who broke all the rules.»
