«BREAKING: We’re going to throw @realDonaldTrump call for its unconstitutional ban on transgender service in the army.».

A Federal lawsuit «stone vs trump» was filed in the state of Maryland, on Monday, on behalf of the senior officer first class Brock stone, a Navy veteran with 11 years of experience, who served in Afghanistan. To him also was joined by a few several other transgender representatives of the naval forces, army, air force and Marines.

On Friday, trump gave the order to the Pentagon on the implementation of the law that prohibits transgender people to serve in the army. He also authorized the Pentagon to decide the future of the transgender people who are already.

The lawsuit States that trump’s policy violates the rights of transgender people, who now have «good reason to fear for his career.»

The lawsuit questioned the reasons for the ban, which the President wrote on Twitter. Then trump pointed out that he made the decision after consulting with «my generals and military experts,» saying that they «can’t be burdened with huge medical costs and a mess that will entail the service of transgender people in the army».

«The trump has not provided any evidence that this ad was based on analysis of actual costs and problems supposedly caused by the fact that the army are transgender men and woman,» says the lawsuit.
