The cost of living in them starts from $558 per month. At stake — the 21 one-bedroom, 23 two-bedroom and 3 three bedroom apartments. Are eligible to apply for only those new Yorkers whose income is 40-60% of average.

In second place accessibility — apartments in downtown Brooklyn. Rent starts at $867 per month for people with incomes 60% from the average.

During the lottery will play the 1st one and 2 bedroom apartments. Preference to receive municipal employees and the disabled.

The building has intercom, Laundry, lounge with free wi-fi, and even a Playground on the roof.

West 42nd Street Apartments Phase 2

The most interesting variant is located in Manhattan’s Clinton. To apply for housing in the new complex not only the poor residents of the Big Apple, but people with a normal income. For the first group the prices are in the range of $613- $801, and for second — $1,948-$2,520, which is quite cheap for Manhattan.
