The cylindrical facade of the House with a tower like structure called neighbors, are made from several types of wood and metal. One of the most memorable parts of the exterior of the building is an observation deckmade of aircraft aluminum and steel pyramidal roof, the metal sheets which attach to the top of the house a resemblance to a huge fish.

In the interior of the building is also used by a wide variety of materials, including copper, slate, and mahogany. Wooden spiral staircase connects all five levels of the structure, through some ceilings are wooden beams and dark metal frame makes a skylight at the top in the picture with the geometric pattern.

Nearly 15 years it took artist John Kahnto build this masterpiece. Kahn is known that he designed the sets for the show Muppets and Fraggle Rock, which in principle explains the commitment of pretentiousness and eclectic. The building was completed in 2002. In 2007, Kahn sold the house to its present owner, Roni Giessen Stanley, which once was the Secretary of the group the Grateful Dead.
