Applications now open for the new housing lottery in the Bronx. Available for rent 62 apartments, located in the building at 2264 Morris Avenue in the area of Fordham heights in the Bronx. Prices start from $ 882 per month for a Studio apartment to $ 1740 per month for an apartment of three bedrooms.

11-storey building, which houses the apartment, is newly built. The construction was realized by the companies Bronx Pro Group and Services for Underserved. The project complies with the LEED Gold Building Standard and WELL. The new building is environmentally friendly and provides the new owners many amenities.
