Lynn’s Place – a residential complex in the South Bronx, with a cost of $ 25 million, partially funded from the city budget and various organizations, is now available for rent. Housing lottery covers the first floor of the building at 1060 Reverend James Polite Avenue. Of the 69 apartments in the lottery participates 26 (14 studios and 12 two-bedroom apartments). If your annual income is 50 to 60% of the median income (from $26 229), you can rent an apartment in a house from $ 710 (Studio) to $ 1107 (two bedroom apartment).
To apply for participation in the lottery is possible up to 15 September 2017. 50% of the apartments reserved for residents of Bronx Community Board 2.
