District Queensbridge-Ravenswood-Long Island City topped the list of inaccessible areas of new York. The average rent for a two bedroom apartment here is $3,300, and the average household income is just $28 378. Followed by Williamsburg (average rent — $2,499, the average income of $21,502), and the Lower East Side (average rent — $3,495, the average income of $31,273).
Upper East Side-Carnegie hill heads the list of the available areas that provided the highest average income in the city. The average rent of two-bedroom apartments here cost in the $3555 with an income of $155 213.
