It happened to a sympathetic woman from new York who is allowed into their home a homeless man and paid for it with your TV, writes DNAinfo.
Police in new York said that 52-year-old woman allowed a homeless man to take a shower in his house. She invited him into the house, because they knew him. The woman often saw a man in the neighborhood, and sometimes talked to him.
And then, one day, namely the evening of 31 August, the goodness of his soul, she told him to take a shower at home and let him in the apartment on Seventh Avenue, near West 18th Street.
While the man tried water treatments, the landlady decided to leave for 10 minutes and go to the nearest store for groceries. However, as he told police when she got back he found that the man had left her apartment, taking along with a TV worth $ 250.
The police have not yet found neither the thief nor the TV.
