The Senate condemned white supremacist

The Senate of the USA adopted a resolution condemning the white supremacist, nationalists and their organizations, and called on President Donald trump to speak out against the hate groups.

The initiators of the resolution became the senators from Virginia mark Warner and Tim Kane, Senator from Georgia John Isakson and the Senator from Colorado Cory Gardner, reports The Hill.

The resolution «condemns violence and domestic terrorist attacks» that occurred this summer in the city of Charlottesville, Virginia.

Senators call Donald trump and his administration «to draw attention to the growth of nationalist and racist groups in the United States.»

The Senate wants the attorney General Jeff sessions and Department of homeland security investigated «all acts of violence, intimidation and domestic terrorism» perpetrated by white extremists, or associated groups.

Before the hearing of the Senate resolution officially received the support of 57 senators, including majority leader in the Senate Mitch McConnell (Kentucky).

Donald trump met with storm of criticism after he said that for the events in Virginia, «responsible both sides.»
