In California on TV by accident gave the alarm

Residents of Orange County, CA, was scared yesterday, September 21, when broadcasting television was suddenly interrupted by the ominous message, emergency alarm.

As reports the Orange County Register, Stacy Laflamme of Lake Fores told that was watching HGTV (a cable company Cox Communications), when around 11 am appeared on the screen the alarm. It was accompanied by a voice message, which was discussed almost the end of the world. A male voice said, «it is tough times».

«It sounded almost like Hitler’s speech,» says Stacy. «As the radio broadcast through the television.»

Customers of the cable TV Spectrum in Orange County were given a warning.
Erin Mireles of Diamond Bar was watching the Bravo channelwhen I saw a similar signal.

«The sound became louder by itself. I didn’t think something happened, I decided that someone hacked the channel. After a couple of minutes the channel Bravo is back.»

Joe Camero, the speaker of the company Cox, said that the problem arose because of one or several radio stations conducting emergency test. Cable, in turn, gives a «picture».

According to Camera, there was agreement on the testing of the system, and should not be an audio message.

Now both the cable company was investigating the incidentto learn who sent the warning, and if it was done accidentally or on purpose.
