«I’m so proud of this city. Take a look at the line of people waiting to donate blood.»

As reported by NY Daily News, some had to wait several hours before the establishment opens.

At the moment we know about 50 deaths in the massacre that became the most deadly in modern U.S. history.

According to police, the hospitals of the city were delivered to more than 500 people with gunshot wounds of varying severity, which led to a sharp increase in the need for blood.

Such acts of charity have become a tradition after such mass shootings. Recall that over a year ago, people just lined up to donate blood to the wounded at club Pulse in Orlando, where 49 people died and 53 were injured.
