At the police fleet Los Angeles appeared pink car

Did you ever pink police car? Probably only in cartoons. But if you live in Los Angeles, you’ll be able to see this on the streets.

On Wednesday, the Department boasted a new addition to its fleet — white-pink patrol Ford Explorer crossover. It’s such an unexpected color scheme is a tribute to the fight against cancer. To focus on this question, the hood of a car decorated with the famous symbol of the pink ribbon.

Such a special car appeared at the police office within the framework of project Pink Patch, confined to the month of awareness about breast cancer, which is traditionally held in October.

Pink police car is not only in Los Angeles — law enforcement officers of the Burbank introduced a similar vehicle.

The project Pink Patch also joined other police stations, and even highway patrol California — their staff temporarily changed the stripes on pink.
