Richard Spencer was one of the main participants of the nationalist meeting in Charlottesville, Virginia, where during the clashes, the girl died and dozens of people were injured.

On Thursday Spencer is scheduled to speak at the campus of the University. The Governor will allow local law enforcement to cooperate with police state security measures. The University has announced that it expects to spend 500 thousand dollars on security.
The Governor will also lead the embattled National guard of Florida to help if need be.
«We live in a country where everyone has the right to Express their opinion, but we have no tolerance for violence, public safety is always the number one priority,» said Scott in a statement.

County Sheriff Sadie Darnell said that the order of Rick Scott will not disturb the residents, it is necessary in order to ensure that its management has all the resources to face the possible aggravation of the situation.

«We hope that it is not useful to us and everything will take place peacefully. But the reality of our world need to be well prepared,» said Darnell.

By Richard Spencer said the emergency Declaration for him was «flattering» but «probably excessive».
«I’m not a hurricane or an invading army, at least not literally,» added Spencer, but expressed concern that it could be used as an excuse to ban his performances.
