Another unusual and inspiring love story of a simple American girl and a representative of the Royal family… 33-year-old American married to an Ethiopian Prince, who met 12 years ago. The first meeting of the pair had been in a nightclub Pearl DC in Washington, and since then they are almost inseparable.
A resident of Washington Ariana Austin married 35-year-old Joel Makonnen, the great-grandson of the last Emperor of Ethiopia, September 9. The wedding ceremony took place in Maryland. Now Austin has become a real African Princess.
The Ethiopian Royal family claims its roots come from the biblical king Solomon and the Queen of Sheba.
The darling of the Ethiopian Prince , Ariana Austin , though no Royal blood in the family, still boasts a quite interesting and colorful history ancestors are all in Africa, and they, by the way, was a very noble people. For example, the grandfather of Austin through the maternal line, was Lord mayor of Georgetown, capital of Guyana.
How meet representatives of the Royal dynasties? Yes the usual way. In our first meeting, Makonnen said Austin that is similar to the model in the is Bombay Sapphire, which apparently fascinated the girl. After another 5 minutes the guy said: «will You be my girlfriend».
