Five of the eight people killed in the terrorist attack in Lower Manhattan, were tourists from Argentina.
Hernan Diego Mendoza, Diego Angelini, Alejandro Panuccio, Ariel and Hernan Erly of Ferucci visited new York to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of graduating from high school, reported ABC at the Consulate of Argentina in new York.
Argentina’s President Mauricio Macri said that all the victims were from the city of Rosario. There declared three days of mourning.
«They were five young entrepreneurs, active citizens of Rosario, with wonderful families,» added Macri. «It affected all the Argentines. I want to Express my condolences to the family and recalled that in today’s world we all need to stand shoulder to shoulder in the fight against terrorism.»

In addition, the attack killed Anne-Laure Decadt — 31-year-old resident of a small Belgian town, the mother of two children, one of whom was only three months.
Anne-Laure with her mother and sisters came to new York last weekend, and on Friday, November 3, planned to return home. Her family, who also rode bicycles in the fatal moment, was not injured.
