Seriously ill boy’s day became a COP in new York

On Monday, police in new York helped the young officer from Borough Park, who is only 5 years.

Erica Kao was given a uniform, hat and whistle – the perfect set to catch the bad guys. Kao has always dreamed of becoming a police officer. Organization Make-A-Wish and the NYPD made his dream a reality, even for a single day.

Cao also took a ride in a police car, took roll call and is personally convinced that the police are willing to patrol the streets in Bushwick, where volunteers and officers who know the Hebrew language, held a concert. Officer Cao visited the mission with the dog and conducted the arrest.

Have a five year old boy syndrome intestinal failure. He’s being treated at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and every day meds. Mother Kao said, «fortunately, the more his body absorbs nutrients, so it is healthier. Doctors say that in the future they can reduce the dose of medication».

Meeting with police NYPD a very good impact on the boy’s condition, and the officers were happy to have this experience. Isora’neill, NYPD police officer, said: «We opened our hearts – and that’s happiness.»
