Dozens of snakes (including deadly) and a few alligators was found by police and animal control in Thousand Oaks, California.

Snakes and reptiles in his house kept a 55-year-old local resident Todd cates. It all started with the fact that a couple of weeks ago a neighbor Cates noticed the Cobra that snuck into his house.
It was not the first case. In 2014, another Cobra escaped from the home of the Cates and the terror of the surrounding area. Fortunately, nobody was hurt, but the Cobra bit a dog.

Eventually the local government got a warrant to search the house Cates in the 1300 block of Rancho Lane, and also in his home town. After a search it turned out that the man was holding a total of eight American alligators (but still small, with a length of two to three feet) and about 84 snakes.

«Among them were poisonous and deadly, for example, spitting cobras, king cobras, and at least one monclova Cobra. The man was holding deadly snakes in a densely populated residential area, thereby exposing a significant risk to others,» — said the head of the division of animal control County of Los Angeles, Marcia Mayeda.
