She did a lot of pictures, touched his chest and genitals of the victim, licked her ear and offered a drink alcohol. But when the girl refused, Heidi threw his bottle of liquor, which she secretly managed to carry on Board, in the head and on the knees of his victim.

Victims of harassment the passenger appealed for help to the flight attendant, after which she was transferred to another place.

When the plane landed at the Portland international airport, McKinney was arrested and charged with sexual abuse in the third degree. The next day she was released on bail amounting to $2,500.

In court, the woman pleaded guilty and her lawyer said that Heidi herself is a victim of sexual violence. Since then, says the defender of McKinney, her client began to suffer from alcoholism. It is known that in 2008 and 2015, she’s twice been arrested for drunk driving.

With the permission of the court, Heidi managed to send his victim a letter of apology. In turn, the injured girl sent a response letter, which was read by her grandmother during the trial. The girl herself had been present, but too emotional and could not read a prepared text.

“I personally do not feel that You know how much harm I caused. That day You made a mess in my head and got me something that I will never be able to return,” wrote the victim.

Nevertheless, she accepted the apology McKinney and forgave her. Heidi was sentenced to eight months house arrest and three years probation. She is not allowed to own and keep weapons in his house, and to be involved in the business from her husband, who is engaged in the sale of marijuana.
