Last week we told you about forty-two, Demarlo berry, who is due to improper witness testimony, and lying prison Snitch had to serve a life prison term for murder.
However, thanks to the efforts of human rights organizations The Rocky Mountain Innocence Center and the recognition of the true killer, berry is still released, though after 22 years in prison.
It turned out that his case is not so unique. Wednesday, July 12 the fate of Demarlo berry repeated the 43-year-old Jabbar Washington.
Since 1997, the man was serving a prison sentence for murder. But, unlike the «fellow sufferer,» Washington had to spend in prison is not life, but «only» 25 years. Instead, he stayed «in prison» for 21 years.
He was convicted after 1995 in the Brooklyn district Brownsville hosted a robbery of the apartment of Ronald Ellis, and the owner was killed. In addition to his injured five people, but all survived. The crime was committed by a gang of armed and masked criminals.

Arguing each of the above item, Ronald Kuby failed to prove the Brooklyn Supreme court that his client is «clean».
Unfortunately, this only occurred after more than 20 years after the murder of Ellis. In the same case, condemned six people, but they are still in custody.
Wednesday Jabbar Washington is finally reunited with his family – a mother, a wife, a son and a daughter who was born afterher father went «behind bars». When Jabbar declared innocent and removed his handcuffs, they could not hold back their tears.
